Digital Products Refund Policy

At Becodewala, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and educational content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing download or access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products that have been successfully downloaded
  • Custom development services that have been delivered
  • Consultation services that have been provided
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-7 business days

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before downloading the digital product. Once a digital product has been downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have any subscription services:

  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Access continues until subscription expires

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you can:

  • Use your payment provider's dispute resolution process
